    I’m lost. There appear to be only 62 colors there. What am I missing…literally?

    Bittersweet and *Indian Red (renamed as “Chestnut” in 1999) are the 2 missing

  3. You have Indian Red twice, and forgot flesh. Back in those days flesh was a sort of pasty cream color of course. I

    Peach isn’t a color… it was renamed flesh. Navy Blue is missing.

    Sorry, peach wasn’t an original color. Flesh was, but was renamed to Peach.

    LOL! I’m NOT a collector, but I do have an original box of the 64 somewhere – the box with the sharpener (the “crans” are probably all melted together at this point), but your lively discussion about”peach” and “flesh” cracked me up!

    My favorites were always blue/green & green/blue (their marketing department couldn’t come up with anything better???). However, when mixed together they became darkish/greenish/blueish.
